Dave Nachmanoff Benefit Concert for PALS Cat Rescue - Liz and Carl Bligan open!
Main Line Unitarian Church, 816 S Valley Forge Rd, Devon, PA 19333
Join us for an evening of folk and folk-rock with award-winning singer-songwriter Dave Nachmanoff, joined by vocalist Liz Bligan and special guest Carl Bligan. Every dollar of ticket sales goes directly to PALS.
Dave brings decades of songwriting, several albums, and phenomenal guitar work to the stage. For 17 years he toured with Al Stewart—of “Year of the Cat” and “Time Passages” fame—as Al’s lead guitarist and opening act. Liz Bligan has been singing all her life, in choirs and as a soloist, and has recorded with Dave and Al on three of Dave’s albums, including one about to be released.
PALS is a cat rescue and no-kill shelter that takes in some of the worst cases of abuse and injury and provides the veterinary care that saves their lives. Critical cases and food shortages arrive faster than the funding does. Your ticket helps close that gap. Learn more at https://www.palscatrescue.org/
$30 in advance, $35 at the door.
Dave Nachmanoff Benefit Concert for Monadnock Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (MDEIB) Coalition
(EDT, UTC-04) (EDT, UTC-04)
At the Monadnock Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (MDEIB) Coalition we’re building a Monadnock Region where everyone can feel connected, valued, and at home.
Learn, Connect, Celebrate, Act. From fostering courageous community conversations, to honoring both known and under-recognized contributors to our region's diverse history, to growing and strengthening our network of social connection and belonging, MDEIB brings people together. We learn from one another, strengthen relationships, celebrate our community’s stories, and turn connection into positive action.
Our work is connected to a national movement through the U.S. Chamber of Connection (https://www.chamberofconnection.org/). In the Monadnock Region, we are exploring how stronger everyday connections can build healthier, more welcoming communities. Learn more at https://mdeib.org/.
